How soon can you get help
At SAY Women, we aim to offer support as quickly as possible and do our best to operate without a waiting list. Once you get in touch, we’ll usually contact you within a few days to arrange a visit to our office, so we can talk together about what’s going on and how we might be able to help.

SAY is currently a women’s only space but we are undergoing training and development to expand our services in the future while keeping women only spaces for those who wish them. Inclusion is important to us.
